This was bound to happen and will happen more if police officers don’t change their “rules of engagement.”

If I were on the jury and it was proven by the defense that the cop was fixing to shoot the guy’s pets or harm anyone on the premsis...jury nullification. It has to stop.

Reform is needed and needed now. Policing has to fit constitutional restraints and common sense. They don’t get to kill nor brutalize everyone and everything upon their whim and excuse.

This wasn't a swat raid gone bad. This wasn't a homeless man getting beaten to death by rogue cops.

This was a cop doing his job responding to a domestic dispute with a known problem neighbor. And he was pointing a STUN GUN at the dogs, not his service weapon.

Yeah, police activities sometimes go too far. But so does the cop-hatred. Both are signs of unbalanced minds.

I sincerely hope you forgot your “sarcasm” tag.

It was a taser pointed at a dog and the cop was on the property in response to a domestic violence call and now he’s dead from a shotgun blast to the head... What did I leave out... Oh yeah... you’re a moron.

So, in this particular case, please point out to me where the cop was going to “shoot the guy’s pets” or “harm anyone on the premises”. Having asked that question, Mr jury nullification, does “harm anyone” include using a come along, pepper spray, hair hold ,etc if the husband was determined to have committed a crime of assaulting his wife, was arrested and actively resisting arrest?
Lastly, please point out where the cop was acting in an unconstitutional manner.

Don’t worry about jury duty, you’re too stupid to be selected.

You nose pickers make me sick.

It was a "domestic disturbance" which ALWAYS means there is some other human being behind the story and he or she has rights under the law ~ which the cop is obligated to protect.

The cop didn't just walk up and point a tazer at the dogs.

BTW, I'm not a cop ~ always on guard against another dog bite. Wouldn't be a tazer.
