So, in this particular case, please point out to me where the cop was going to “shoot the guy’s pets” or “harm anyone on the premises”. Having asked that question, Mr jury nullification, does “harm anyone” include using a come along, pepper spray, hair hold ,etc if the husband was determined to have committed a crime of assaulting his wife, was arrested and actively resisting arrest?
Lastly, please point out where the cop was acting in an unconstitutional manner.

That will all be decided at a trial.

In America, we decide guilt and innocence in a trial. Judges decide punishment at a trial. Cops are permitted the power of arresting people they preceive to be law breakers.

Cops who kill citizens and citizens who kill cops in the name of self defence, get a trial by judge or jury - their choice...unless they don’t as in the case with Union/corrupt cops, and then the killing is assumed to be an unjust cover up.
