Barbour never ran for President. I wanted him to run. He chose not too. Frankly though Perry has strengths that Barbour lacked. Barbour couldn’t take a decent picture to save his life...Perry is very photogenic. Barbour had a deep southern accent...Perry’s accent is the more politically common Texas twang.
