Police dogs are trained to grab for the arm or the hand, if the suspect has a gun.
Their job is to -detain- the suspect by those grabs.
No law enforcement agency trains their dogs to go for the crotch.
The story doesn’t add up.
True.
But I like my version better. Remember if the truth is in conflict with the legend (in this case, the fun) print the fun.
