Ha! I’m waiting for your typing fingers to fall off...keep on keeping on...you have no facts, just blah blah blah.
You’re right. The federal government didn’t have the power to do that. So why did the north elect a man who would try it?
Lincoln had no authority whatsoever in South Carolina and should’ve withdrawn his troops. Why didn’t he?
You can blah blah blah till the cows come home, but the feds fought sufrage all the way down the line.
And the rest of your typing is just KRAP, as usual.
Type your little fingers to the bone. Or how about finding somebody else to try to convince with your lies. That sounds really good to me. How about it?
There was no feds “fighting suffrage” anymore than there was a Southern drive for it. It was a state issue and some states allowed women to vote prior to the amendment, western states. This as an example of federal tyranny is pathetically inadequate and laughable. But there are no legitimate examples of "federal tyranny" in 1860. Fort Sumter was without question federal property in 1861 and as long as we wished. No legal theory provides any support for South Carolina's attack on it.
Everything I have said has been right, everything you have said is either ignorance or a flat out LIE. But you can slink away at any time, it is no effort for me to counter and crush your delusional falsities.
