I have to agree (from my position halfway around the world)..
I came to Japan 13 years ago.. the Yen to Dollar at that time was hovering around 146/1 ...
Since Obummer came to office, the value has continually dropped (I think the lowest I’ve ever seen since I’ve been her) to about 75.8 ... went back up to 76.8.. then started to slide again..
Japan, this past week, jumped in to screw up the value (boost the dollar to yen so they could sell cheaper on exports and sell better overseas) and it jumped up to 79 just the day before yesterday.
It is already falling back down to 76 again.. as I am typing, it is now 76.6 (nice gadget that constantly updates)..
It shows HOW weak the market/economy is, even with the Japanese govt trying to boost the $ :p
Anyway.. All I can do from here is cross my fingers and pray :/
