Insurers are required to provide coverage for children regardless of preexisting conditions.

This one has always struck me as blatant fraud in word if not in deed.
Regardless of how one feels about pre-existing conditions, you can't have the words "insurance" and "pre-existing conditions" in the same sentence, as this constitutes fraud, plain and simple.

That's like legislating the assertion that the Emperor Hussein actually IS wearing clothes.

But I still have no idea who has standing to prosecute this fraud.

What will they do if I don’t pay the fines and if I do not allow for enough witholdings to recieve a refund? Their next option will be to issue a warrant for my arrest. What if I don’t voluntarily turn myself in? Then I’m sure the law enforcement brigade (federalies?) will be sent to my door. What if I refuse to open it? Then they will of course be forced to kick it down....and finally, what if I fight back? Then they will shoot me.

The left is willing to kill citizens to make sure that those same people spend their hard earned income (private property) to purchase a privately sold product from another private entity.
