Are these rioters Muslim or who?
Only description I’ve seen is “black youths.” Beyond that, your guess is as good as mine.
It started in a black neighborhood, that is, mostly people from the Caribbean or from other formerly British colonies with a high African population.
Looking at the photos, I’d say it’s spread to other black areas, and also now involves some Muslims (at any rate, people who look as if they could be Pakistani or Arab) and a fair number of young white anarchists, just taking advantage of the disorder to make it worse.

Originally I think not. From what I gather it’s more youths from multicultural neighborhoods that “suffer” from not “having things”.
In the meantime the riots are spreading to Birmingham and Liverpool and there are reports of it becoming more racially oriented.
Who the hell knows. I say they need to call in the Army.
Mostly blacks. There are lots of videos on You Tube. The London cops are hiding I guess. I don’t see them at all. What a bunch of wimps they all are. I can assure you if one of those was my shop they wouldn’t be looting it, but they better be calling 911 for medical attention and removal of lead.
