This is from the Onion, right? Or does this mean we can now begin playing cowboy and terrorist?

I was about to ask where this is written in the Koran, since I am not a scholar of Islam like Obama is.
If we did unto Islam as they would do unto us we would be whacking heads off by the thousands.
Anybody seen Obama in a Christian Church lately?
