Good Morning America had on Mellody Hobson, a regular ABC "financial contributor" and former host of her own ABC financial-advice show. Hobson hit S&P hard, expressing the view that "everything that they do is suspect."

There's just one little factoid ABC didn't share with viewers. While presented as an ostensibly objective financial expert, Chicagoan Hobson in fact is an Obama partisan. Hobson served as a big-time fundraiser during Obama's 2008 presidential campaign and is involved with his 2012 campaign.

The press is a fraud as is the pResident. The whole world knows it as well. This story is for the kiddies over at KOS.

S&P certainly is suspect, but not for the downgrade, which was long overdue.

They're suspect, along with Moody's and all the others, for perpetuating the scam that precipitated the crash in 2008, via wildly optimistic "ratings" on trash not worth the paper it was written upon.

AAA mortgage backed securities, anyone? They were AAA right through 2008. Backed by liar-loan mortgages given to anyone with a pulse. No income verification, no employment verification, heck there were numerous instances of fake identities acquiring these things, flipping them to a strawman buyer with another fake identity, grabbing the six figures and either running or repeating.

Corruption. Top to bottom, from horizon to horizon. They're just PO'ed that S&P isn't playing ball anymore. Expect very interesting thing to be revealed in retribution.

She, like so many Obama supporters have no sense of honesty or integrity. They are all driven by their agenda, and they rationalize everything they do by linking it to what they blindly and inaccurately think is justifiable ‘payback’. The only difference between them and Rev. Wright is that they are more subtle in what they reveal of themselves and their views.

ABC should be made to issue a formal apology for inaccurate characterization of their ‘experts’. If they had a medical expert on who was working secretly for a drug company and then went on to tell people not to worry about the side effects of a drug that company makes, it would be no different than what she did.
