It’s all about “Bread and Circuses”
What do you think about zero going on a bus tour? Sound familiar? Think they are not paying attention to every breath she makes?
I can’t see how the bus tour will do Obama any good.
It reminds everyone of Palin so he looks like a copycat.
The bus will have to pass through areas where I am certain there will be signs and billboards against him.
It’s hotter than heck in the Midwest, so the press is not going to be happy riding on a bus whose A/C is struggling to keep up with the outside temps.
And, of course, there is always the possibility that the bus will break down in a small town in southern Indiana where the temp is 95 and the humidity is 100% and all there is to eat are fried brain sandwiches and pork tenderloins. Ha!
That is what they wish. I routinely offer my opinions to Gregory, Klein, Knoller, etc. Twitter is very good for seeing how they think and what they are up to.
If our side can't rewrite their lies on this one we aren't trying very hard.
Mornin’ everybody.
Alas, thanks for taking the time, even when the lineup sucks.
WOW, this place is crawling with RATS this morning.
Same old, same o-zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Excellent work, bray. The fight to win America back is far from over.
Morning AB,ALL....
....gonna be a busy thread today I suspect. As always, thank you AB for doing this thread and before I forget, thank you all for joining in this discussion. I’ve come to think of so many of you as friends though I’ve never seen your faces. Just so you know.
Not much else to say. I lost a bundle on the stock market last week, bracing for next week.
It’s bad folks, but we WILL survive.
Oh, and hell yeah Geithner should resign.
At least one person can take solace in the S&P downgrade:
Jimmah ‘I fought the killer rabbit and lived to tell the story’ Carter. He is no longer the worst president in US history.
Good morning Miss Didi! Always a “face” that brightens my Sundays.
Oh, they know what Dave Ramsey would say-’Quit spending and quit borrowing!’. LOL
Zero is just doing more fundraising while trying not to let Palin get tooooo far ahead of him but losing big time.
FNS
Miller tries to downplay the significance of the S&P downgrade.
[He must have gotten an earful from the WH and Capitol Hill. He seems very wishy-washy in his responses.]
He is not going to be allowed to resign. First of all, Obama needs someone to blame.
Second, no one else with financial expertise wants the job.
As for the Marxist's bus tour...lol. How Palin can he get?
She resides in his head. Can barely wait to see his bus! LOL.
I'm anxiously awaiting the Bible Belt's protesters, although union thugs will be bussed in to cheer him.
I expect TEA PARTY PATRIOTS will be on hand with signs! God bless every single one of our guys and gals!
I guess you have to have a strong party to withstand introspection of sorts, hopefully we are.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Austan Goolsbee, former chairman, White House Council of Economic Advisers
Quick reminder being the media hasn’t challenged it;
Goolsbee isnt the only one saying more than 2 million private sector jobs added in the last 14 months;

That means over the last 14 months, Obama said, weve added more than 2 million jobs in the private sector.
http://www.monstersandcritics.com/news/business/news/article_1637565.php/Hiring-picks-up-but-US-jobless-rate-up-to-9-per-cent
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney pointed out to reporters that April was the 14th consecutive month of growth in private sector employment, for a total of 2.1 million jobs
And...the last thing zero wants is a Congressional hearing on Timmy’s replacement.
