Ok, I told this joke at 3 a.m. camped out in a parking lot with other folks who were waiting for Sarah Palin’s booksigning event for “Going Rogue”. You could hear us giggling quietly so we didn’t wake anyone else up!
Here goes:
0bama decides he wants a commemorative postal stamp of himself. He spends a couple million of the taxpayer dollars finding an artist who will do just the right profile picture for the stamp. He then proceeds to spend a few more million taxpayer dollars to get the stamp out into circulation with a huge PR campaign by the USPS.
6 months later, the USPS is being barraged with complaints about the poor quality of the stamp. It doesn’t stick to anything! People are getting their bills returned in the mail for lack of postage, and the creditors are sending them nastygrams!
So, the USPS tells 0bama there’s a problem, and, true to his roots, he commissions yet another couple million of taxpayer dollars to find out why the stamps don’t stick.
It appeared that people were spitting on the wrong side!
