Cumberland County Freeholder and recent Dem party chair, Louis N. Magazzu took nude photos of himself and sent them to a woman online. After demands from fellow legislators, Magazzu resigned from office and had recently resigned as Dem party chair. He admitted he took the nude photos with his cell phone standing naked in front of a mirror. He sent the pics via email. Magazzu is still married, though he's been separated for two years, according to his attorney.
The 53-year-old Democrat sent the nude photos to a woman with whom he corresponded online. He says she requested the photos and that he didn't know she was working with an avowed political enemy. The woman sent the photos to magazzuwatch.com.....a website that exposes the underbelly of local politics.

Any man over 30 who takes or allows someone to take a picture of their naked body has extremely poor judgement and an unrealistic self-image.
I did not know that she was working with an avowed political enemy to distribute these pictures, Magazzu said of the Chicago woman he corresponded with online with for several years but claims he never met. I have retained counsel to determine what laws may have been broken by the unauthorized distribution of those pictures.
Now that's a hoot: 'unauthorized distribution'.
I could go into the whole Photographer and © ownership thing. But it can seem complicated when written (as I had it and it was looooong). But 'cutting to the chase': he's screwed. He'd need the best Copyright Lawyer in the world and an idiot judge.
All my Photographs are Copyrighted but depending on how or where I use them (post to Internet or send via email), I give up said © rights.
He is a freaking attorney. Doesn’t he know the laws?! /s
Easily earns him the world title: "Most Brilliant Politician of The Year."
Even beats out DSK. ROTFL.
Puns to you, too. LOL.
If he had never met “her,” how did he even know she was a woman? So a middle aged man gets a request from an almost stranger to send her a naked picture and he doesn’t have the least bit of suspicion that it might be for some other reason than just personal gratification? What an idiot.
"....that were intended only for her eyes..."'Intend' is not 'explicit'.
Now if he can produce a verified email that says 'For Your Eyes Only', then he 'may' have something.
Well... 'Slip and Fall' law is different from 'Copyright and Patent' law.
He was out of his area of expertise ;-)
Still waiting for one of these idiots to get trapped on NBC/Hanson's 'To Catch a predator' TV set on camera thinking he was emailing and meeting a 12 year old for sex. Those guys that got caught had to be the dumbest. Some had even watched the show before getting caught LOL
He wasnt a "predator" or "acting in a predatory manner" (/snix).
It felt right for him to expose his genitals publicly--thats all that matters. He was just doing whats right for him.
If he "feels" that he wants to expose his private parts, no big deal.
Heck, if he feels its right for him to attend a Freeholder meeting in the nude, who are we to interfere with his feelings?
=======================================
Let me hasten to add to all the airheads out there with "feelings:" A world-class republic is not governed by feelings. The rule of law prevails.
This episode reminds me of the news report about a telephone sex-talk service.
The male callers thought they were talking to women-—one sex-talker was actually a man posing as a woman.
It would be hysterical if it came out that this pol was talking sex and sending pics of his private parts to a guy.
That face seems a whole lot heavier than the trunk. I can’t believe how many stupid, ego-driven pols there are.
ROTF!!
Is that Meg McLame, Jr. without her push up bra? Her dad is a troll.
” A world-class republic is not governed by feelings. The rule of law prevails. “
Or in Obama’s case....Rule of Paw
Guys, we are onto something here. Medications are stimulating the minds of horny middle-aged men.
Does medical science know “a desire to expose one’s genitals” could be a side effect of Viagra, Levetra, Extenze and other levitation medications?
The symptoms cannot be over-emphasized———after taking one of these medications, the levitation-challenged subject gets an uncontrollable urge to take it all off, grab a camera, take pics of himself, and post them on the internet.
Something needs to be done.
I send mine by snail mail.
What’s your address?
I thought they were just admitting their shortcomings.
Good point (no pun intended).
Could be another side effect——shortness of breadth.
