When Political Correctness was first conceived, it was more appropriately named “Cultural Marxism”. I can find a link if you’re interested.
The people of the UK know the little game well, so it doesn’t actually reflect negatively on real Asians.
We’ve got the same games going on here, as well. All these “flash mobs” are described as “groups of teenagers” or “youths” or “young people”.

I guess it is sort of like our news reports. On our local stations, the news will report height, weight, clothing, vehicle info. If they leave out RACE, I assume black or hispanic. If the suspect is white, they will say white. Sort of like the term “Mexican National = illegal”. PC sounds like a math formula where you add the known to the unknowns.
