That is my worry too. Boehner’s spineless performance so far may make people rethink voting for Republicans last year.

Vice President Biden . . . call[ed] Tea Party members "terrorists." Once upon a time, the British said the same thing.

Good point. But I think that it can also be said that it is clear we need MORE Tea Party Members.
The only terrorists in D.C are the lawmakers that are bombing our children and grandchildrens future.

I can't remember a time I have been more concerned about our country. This is worse than the divide we had over the Vietnam War.

To be polite - imbecilic is the narrative word. Don't give up on us yet.
As Churchill said:

Biden got his ‘plugs’ back when it was a relatively new procedure and the end result looked like rows of corn. I've always suspected that they drilled too deep and messed up some of his brain matter.

I’d rather the Chairman apologize for the Republican caucus in Washington betraying every principle and promise they made to the Tea Party right down to allowing time to read legislation before a vote.

Me too. It’s because the same people who caused trouble then, ie: counter culture, draft dodgers, and change- through-violence people are now in charge of Washington.
