Amen - those should be the first to cut before throwing Americans off the cliff. Plus throw in nation building in the war countries and charging countries for providing their defense. Those foreign lobbies must be strong for Congress never puts any cuts on their interests.

I’ll go with your list, but take Israel out and put California in. Israel is a true ally in the Middle East and we need her.

California is a Spanish-speaking country for the most part... it’s just not official yet. Sad.
