That's what I'm thinking. Whenever we start to ge a candidate who might win I start seeing all this negative stuff on FR. Didn't used to be that way and I'm wondering why it is now.
Fact is, we need to band together to save this country. Whoever gets the nomination, I'll support them 100% and if I have a complaint, I'll wait until they're sworn in.
But, to be sure we get to pick our own candidate, we need to look at our primary rules. Dems should not be allowed to vote in Rep primaries, end of story.

And neither should independents — people who want to vote in a primary, should register with a party and vote in that party’s primary.
I understand that CA recently adopted an even worse primary voting — all candidates, R-s, D-s are on the same ballot in the primary, everyone can vote for anyone, regardless of party affiliation and the top two vote getters go to the general election, even if they are two Dems, which is most likely, since CA is dominated by Democrats — with these rules it will be a miracle if a Republican will ever get elected again.
I'll second that. We either hang together or we hang seperately.
