Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham, one of the high-profile certified non-moderates urging the GOP to support John Boehner's debt ceiling bill, leveled criticism at Sarah Palin during today's show for raising the prospect of 2012 primary challenges to House Republicans.

She wants to keep her job subbing for the despicable one... Boreilly?
"Laura, being a Washingtonian and talkshow host, builds relationships with all these politicians and media types and party people. They become her neighbors and friends and frequent guests and part of her social circle. A regular turnover of citizen-representatives would make life so much more difficult and unpredictable. Why is a primary challenge a threat? It is a threat only to the career politician who makes his living off the taxpayer, who thinks he owns his seat."
I happen to think Ingraham was very wrong, and bitchy, in her remarks. Yet, she's a wonderful Catholic and yes, still very much a conservative.
“Does it advance the cause of fiscal restraint, which I think we all have?”
Laura, either you have it or you do not. Depends on what you do, not what you say.
Saying you have “fiscal restraint,” doesn’t mean you actually have fiscal restraint. You cannot claim to have fiscal restraint while abandoning it.
Alan West is a human being, nothing more. If he abandons his principles, it just means he fell like anyone can fall. Maybe he’ll get back up. But the principles themselves are not going to stand around and wait for him.
Sarah Palin is once again being true to her word. Yes, she’s only human like the rest of us. But I have yet to see her fall.
Wise words. I will heed them.
In any journey through Washington D.C., the path of the good conservative intersects the path of the RINO at every turn.
To step onto that second path feels strangely comfortable for the good conservative, and it comes with lots of goodies. The aura of Washington makes it easy for the newly born RINO to convince himself he’s doing the right thing.
For any individual politician, the shift can happen in less than a moment’s time.
There are a lot of sunshine conservatives out there. They show their true colors when things get a bit rough. Media commentators who are consistent conservatives can be counted on one hand.
Keep in mind that most of the media is based in NYC. They will tend to reflect the prevailing attitudes of that area.
Consider the source (Politico).
The owner of this site asks you a direct question and you dust him off with your indirect and cavalier reply below without the courtesy of pinging him.
Go see a doctor for that tin ear of yours. As for your consistent lack of civility, I suspect it's a character flaw beyond redemption, maybe Jim Robinson has an idea for treatment.

What's with the hatred of SARAH PALIN at Free Republic? I figured it'd be best to ask you directly as you seem to be the head hater.?

Did you ever answer Jim's question to you of why you whine about people criticizing Bachmann yet you attack Palin left and right?

No. It would have been a waste of time. I waste too much time as it is. ? 156 posted on Friday, July 29, 2011 11:43:18 PM by EveningStar
...let's not forget that Ms Ingraham lives in Washington DC and dated Bob "the Torch" Toricelli and Keith Olbermann.
Hey drone...!
She doesn’t listen. I worked with her one day and I was as filled with her as she is filled with herself.
The whole article sounds like contrived bat shit.

“Sarah Palin happened to her. And to Ann Coulter. A new, shiny, beautiful chick is on the scene and its getting their goat.”
Perfectly stated. Thank you!
Thank YOU. Some people think I’m being catty. But I know women and I’ve followed the careers of Laura and Ann since they first appeared on the scene. Laura was a student at Dartmouth who got into trouble over free speech issues and the great Nat Hentoff took up her fight and voila! A star was born.
But for both, it was a very long time ago and they’re getting older and new women have come along: Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin. I’m sorry Ann & Laura but that’s the way life works.
I’ve heard her be rude to callers. In fact, most of the smaller talk show hosts with the solid exception of Bill Bennett can be very rude to their callers. In particular, I’m thinking about Dennis Miller. He also talks behind callers’ backs calling them stupid, over and over again.
He doesn’t seem to understand that his callers are also his listeners, lol!
Rush and Sean are usually wonderful to their callers. And as far as Mark Levin is concerned, it’s part of his schtick.
Also, I was never impressed by the gigantic crosses Laura USED to wear. I could wear them too but I’m a lapsed Catholic. And lately, she hasn’t been wearing them on tv.
She isn’t wearing her cross as it was taken from her luggage while intransit on a recent flight.
Thanks for the info; I’ll stand corrected. I hope she’s gotten it back.
