He talks about Obama wanting a $2.4 TRILLION raise in the debt ceiling, and claims they didn’t give it to him...because they passed “cut, cap and balance.” What he doesn’t tell you is that “cut, cap and balance” raises the debt ceiling by exactly $2.4 TRILLION dollars. Exactly what Obama wants.
