I think I heard Levin say last night, that the Republicans ought to just tell Harry Reid that they already passed and submitted a bill for the Senate to vote on, and don’t do another damn thing, until Reid puts it up for a vote.

I agree with Levin. Boehner should simply stop all House business until Harry Reid allows the Senate to do its constitutional duty.

Now who’s court is the ball in?

Yes...but if Reid gets it he’s going to tweak it into whatever the democrates want (obama)....then throw it back to the republicans...which then makes it a ‘Reid Bill’ not a ‘Boehner’ bill...and they will play that up Huge....especially if Obama signs it.

In other words Reid will not put it up for a vote as it stands.....change it and give it back to Boehener....who won’t agree so then it will look like the Republicans are holding things up...that they compromised...Rebulicans wouldn’t.
