Anything Boehner puts together, no matter how strong and favorable to the country and the TP can be changed in the Senate and sent back and according to you Boehner will be forced to accept it even though it bears NO resemblance to the original bill he submitted.
Repubs may as well go home and spend the rest of the summer on their deck as to be in Washington attempting to work something out.

You said the Senate will rewrite it and send it back and Boehner will be Forced to except it or look as if he has vetoed his own bill. I paraphrased but it is essentially what you said.
