Couldn't agree more....actually the power of the so called "Tea Party" is not the numbers of windbags and organizers..it's the silent ones that had such an impact on the 2010 elections. I'm sure I speak for many when I say they sure don't represent me or my views....just as the wacko got to have everything my way folks on FR don't represent the majority here..
I know, the problem is that the media people are promoting random loonies who proclaim themselves to be the leaders.
This is a serious problem and I honestly don’t know what we can do about it. I went to DC for the first big Tea Party event, and it was truly wonderful, because it was all people who objected to the idea that the American reason for being is to maintain the government. The Government is not what America is all about, and the Tea Party was all about proclaiming this and retaking our private lives and businesses.
That said, I would strongly suspect that some of these “Tea Party leaders” are actually Dem plants.
