all and then charge them with disorderly conduct, assembly without a permit etc.Nail those who beat people and give them some jail time. WHy treat them with kid goves? That just encourages them.

Shoot, with modern tools anyone good or bad can organize flashmobs and it doesn’t even matter if you jam cellphones inside your place, they are called together from outside. Infiltrate these bastard mobs and bring maxwell’s silver hammer down upon them.
We should import the Chinese police and have them deal with the little miscreants.
The participants in these flash mobs will think twice when one of their intended victims mows some of them down with a spray of hot lead. Someday it`s going to happen.
To assemble a large riot squad, you need 24 hours advance notice. These things start and are over in a few minutes, before the first squad car shows up.
