Two doctors and a staff member at a Pittsburgh abortion clinic have been charged in connection with prescription drugs allegedly being abused by one of the staff members. Nobody immediately returned a message for comment at the Allegheny Women's Center, which offers surgical and non-surgical abortion services according to its website.

This is the same craphole clinic that was cited by the state health dept in September for not having a functioning ECG machine or portable oxygen, and supplying outdated emergency drugs. At what point does the city mgmt act to shut down something that is such a danger to public safety???? Amazing!
How could anybody who is a former fetus abort another fetus?
Speaking as a former fetus I am outraged.
The "clear bright line" has long been the standard in the law.
Time since birth has determined: driving rights, drinking rights, voting rights etc.
we need to move the "clear bright line" to conception.
There is no more basic human right that the right to be born since you have been conceived.
Is that the clinic in the middle of the city? I have been there several times with some fellow pro-lifers to say the rosary in front of that clinic. It’s heartbreaking to see those women go into that horrible place - knowing what they are going to do to their babies, and putting their own life at risk in the process!
It’s in East Liberty. There are two clinics on North Highland - this one & another one upstairs. I haven’t been to them; I go to Planned Murder to say the rosary, but the other pro-lifers tell me these 2 East Lib clinics are the busiest.
I also read that when they we inspected in the fall (which led to the citation), they also had improperly sterilized instruments & no running HOT water. Only cold water. The clinic owner then responded to the health dept citation by informing them that the necessary corrections were made. Are you kidding me??? As a taxpayer, I demand to know if a follow-up visit was made. I cannot believe how shady this industry is, although I shouldn’t be surprised.
Speaking of shady, neither the Post-Gazette nor the Trib refer to this place as an “abortion clinic”. It’s called “a women’s health clinic”. How disgusting. Just like the gay pride march was simply “PrideFest 2011”.

I had an idea earlier that might cut down on abortions a bit. Outlaw any sort of pain control.
Maybe, just maybe, if the idea they’re killing something innocent isn’t enough to convince them not to have their child killed, knowing they’ll feel every single bit of it without any form of sedation or anesthetic for any part of the procedure or treatment of complications would appeal to their greater self interest a bit.
And they seem like the sorts to be easily led around by self interest...
