If I knew..he knew.

the only thing he might not have known was that the CBO would score it a little under 1 trillion.

He knew that the cuts would take place over 10 years and SURELY he knew that was not enforceable.

He also knew the figures for 2012.

However, feel free to wait before you form an opinion.

In the meantime, his tweet that he is backing the plan from yesterday is not deleted and he has not come out and said he changed his mind.
