April of 2012, people are going to realize that as a resulty of Obamacare, the health insurance premiums paid on their behalf, have been added into their taxable income, AND the payroll tax Obama passed, means less was taken out all along. There will be some upset people already, can you imagine Obama asking for MORE money to spend at that time?

I just caught the last minute or two of that last call, and Rush was certainly at his best. I hate to think what it would be like without him.

If that Kentucky Kid made $100k at a 30% tax rate (paid $30k in taxes) and rates were cut to 20% (so the govt only gets $20k) then that is indeed NOT $10k in government spending.

Ok here's how to deal with such idiocy.
Suppose he had decided the 30% rate was too high and he just QUIT his job.
Would that $30k in new government spending in their mind?

Because of Rush’s hearing I think he’s missing the nuances of callers he used to be able to pick up that would tell him to boot the call.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Immediate, gigantic increase in the debt ceiling, a committee to propose spending cuts (because no one’s EVER thought about spending cuts before), a vote on spending cuts to be held by the end of 2011. This is absolute rubbish. The debt ceiling will be raised and the spending cuts vote will never be passed. The Democrats would get everything they want and we, the people, would get nothing.
Not only no, but HELL NO.
Rush has gone more lovable fuzzball than his Mark Levin side in his latter years. I'm not sure I like it. Especially when the media watches his every word.
