This caller doesn’t seem to have been listening to the news lately (she’s asking about whether she’ll still get her SS check if the debt ceiling isn’t raised). She’s been reading her local MSM newspaper. But at least she’s listening when Rush tells her SS payments must be made by law.

I’m glad Rush is explaining exactly how seasoned citizens will get their checks, and that the Democrats are practicing economic terrorism on her and other elders, trying to frighten her. And that last point—that the only reason she wouldn’t get her check would be if Obama ordered that the checks not be sent. Of course, Obama will never do that—it would alienate a huge percentage of Democrat voters—UNLESS he can convince them that it’s all the Republicans’ fault.
:) They get angry. I’m talking about people who consider themselves conservative. The ignorance that exists on how a free economy works is frightening.
