sleazy bastard - it should not be legal to smear someone else in a trial and not be held liable.

Hope he refrains - once he’s a network mandarin - from making such classy references as “cutting the cheese.”

I agree—the “Justice” system is all about lies and innuendoes now and obscuring the “truth”. The best liar wins and there is no repercussions for the “twisting” of the truth for lawyers—even though they take an oath to uphold that truth by the court (or do they anymore?????)

We have come a long way with the philosophy of Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr and John Austin, etc.......morality can be separated from law and words don’t matter.

That was never the intent of the Constitution and our legal system for over a hundred years and this destruction of Rule of Law and Just Law was intentional—to be able to re-assign “right and wrong” by their own arrogant standards (unequal law) so they and their friends could profit off of crimes.

“Right Reason according to Nature” is the foundation of our legal system. It implies that some things are ALWAYS wrong.....Universal Truths. It is where our Natural Rights come from and “inalienable rights”.
