IIRC there was a kid who was being harassed by the cops and he rigged his computer with a camera and the video was uploaded. He then drove around one of those ‘park and ride’ lots in the middle of the night where he had been previously harassed. With the evidence he got I think he sued the police and the city. Of course he had to move to another state after that.
