3 trillion in cuts with no new taxes seems like a pretty good deal to me. Of course we’d have to hear the edtails but it’s better than others that have been out there.
Depends on how the cuts work. Are they over 10 years and all backloaded or are there actually signifcant cuts next year?
This just shows how powerful Rush is that Boehner makes a beeline right to him to put out the fire.
Its not a good deal. None of them are. Current congress can’t bind a future congress. So any cut in spending over 10 years is irrelevant.
