North Korea claimed that seven North Koreans are walking in a flooded street in this July 15 photo North Korea’s Korean Central News Agency took, which it provided to AP. In the photo, residents walk in knee-deep water, but photo experts suspect the photo of being retouched, citing the relatively dry clothes of the residents as evidence. [YONHAP]

I’m not sure it’s retouched, but looking to the right, I see what looks like the bank of a river.

I think this group was just “volunteered” to wade out into the water so the photog could get the shot. They didn’t want to get any wetter than they had to.

It’s badly photoshopped. I’ve used photoshop since 1990-91, used it for 14 years professionally. That’s fairly obvious poor work. For the good stuff, see worth1000.
