Schumer: "...he will be a symbol of how much we have achieved as a country in just the last few decades."

I think you mean that he'll be a symbol of just how decadent we've become, Chuckie. Does he have any credentials aside from his sexual preference?

The quality of the federal judiciary has been going downward in general in the last several decades, so this will only grease the skids more.

Ohaha has done everything but be a flower girl at gay weddings. He has catered to the gay vote from day one. He says he's not for same sex marriage-----only b/c this is a critical issue with Black churchgoers and he needs to con them into believing he is not a gay suck-up.

GLSEN founder Kevin Jennings was Ohaha's "Safe Schools" czar and got almost a billion dollars to do his dirty work....inculcating American youth so that chicken hawk gays can have a lot of practiced young partners.

U.S. Department of Education to host LGBT youth summit Monday and Tuesday in Washington, D.C.
U.S. Secretary of Education (official site) | June 06, 2011 (date of event) | Official press release
FR Posted on Sunday, June 05, 2011 by Salman

U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will give remarks at the Department’s first-ever Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) youth summit at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, at the Washington Court Hotel in Washington, D.C.

The two-day summit, “Creating and Maintaining Safe and Supportive Environments for LGBT Youth,” will take place Monday-Tuesday, June 6-7.

Duncan will highlight the Obama administration’s commitment to ensuring equal access to education for LGBT students as it does for all students. He also will discuss the Department’s Office for Civil Rights recently released guidance on the protection against harassment in an education setting based on gender, which includes gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender individuals.

The guidance, which was sent to schools, colleges and universities in a “Dear Colleague” letter, explains educators’ legal obligations to protect students from harassment based on racial and national origin, gender and disability.Read more at wnd.com

“The quality of the federal judiciary has been going downward in general in the last several decades, so this will only grease the skids more.”
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

All going according to plan, justice is not taught in law school, a sense of justice is a character trait that can be found among those of good character and little education but not among those of low character regardless of how many law degrees they may hold. The planned takeover of this country is dependent upon, among other things, a federal bench filled with those of low character and no sense of true justice.

What law school does teach is how to say patently absurd things in such scholarly language that it sounds almost reasonable. We have one judge on the South Carolina appeals court who was called out by James J. Kilpatrick many years ago in a newspaper column for using such obscure language that Kilpatrick, who was known as a master of the language, said that he had to consult every dictionary he could find to try to puzzle out the meaning of what the judge had written. I have followed the career of this judge for forty years and have found nothing to like or admire about him, not surprisingly he is held up by the profession as a role model.
