Case in point---Rahm Emanuel. Hired as COS, the little twerp ended up controlling the US Treasury, the census, and billions of healthcare funds (when he put his brother in charge of Medicare/ Aid and ObamaCare).

"Safe Schools" gay czar Kevin Jennings ended up proselytizing youngsters in gay lifestyles. When he left govt, he had almost a billion tax dollars....... thanks to Obama.
