I read "Professor" Obama's final exams online when he was just a bigot running for office. The only part of the Constitution tested in his Constitutional Law 2 class was the 14th Amendment. I have seen no sign in his life history that he is aware of any other part of the Constitution, whether original or as amended. As for "pResident" Obama, he's still just as oblivious to everything American.

As much as I usually agree with Levin, I think he's a little off here.

By vetoing the original cut, cap and balance bill, zer0 then makes it much more difficult to pass the BBA, politically.

I still favor both the bill and the BBA, though.

And someone needs to remind that damn leftist SCOTUS members that THEY have nothing to do with it either. An Amendment to the Constitution CAN NOT be declared un-constitutional. Period. Even the amendment violates “rights”.
