The Obama re-elect campaign has released a list of its top bundlers -- think big-money donors who also arm-twist their pals into giving -- and no surprise, roughly a quarter of the $34 miiiiiiiiiiiiilllion raised this way came from California. Of the 244 individuals who have harvested millions for The O re-elect, 56 were from California.
Any wonder why the guy visits so often? And we thought it was because of the views...

I have always wondered why these rich entrepreneurs get so caught up in the liberal camp? Do they do it to keep the Big Government wolves from visiting their door? Are they in such an isolated, detached world that they easily get sucked into the socialist, anti-capitalist camp without knowing what they are doing?

all great questions. Sadly I think the latter for the reason. The initial universal question is one for the ages. Sometimes I think it is just pure stupidity and weak souls that are easily pulled into evil or manipulators’ farces.
Thinkin’ something similar. That area is infested like a dog with fleas with Communists, and not just ideological Commies, but active Commies involved in the destruction of this State, and this Nation.
As a native Californian and as one who has lived in the Golden State well more than half of my sixty years, I would like to apologise to all Freepers for its contributions to Obama, for Barbara Boxer, for Whoopi Goldberg, for Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown, and for the cultural corruptions and political indoctrination of Hollywood.
Two possible reasons: First, they want to belong to the in crowd - to bask in the approval of the crowd. Second, because they believe they are masters of the universe, they actually think that government can solve the problems they see. They don’t realize that government exists to perpetuate itself and its own power and that its inefficiency is exceeded only by its ineffectiveness and its ability to create unintended consequences.
Here in MS a sure way to have your car vandalized is to have an Obama/Biden bumper sticker. Wonder if anyone in MS has ever donated to his nest egg?
Well if you are going to be so noble, you deserve credit for Free Republic, Duncan Hunter, (patially) Ronald Reagan and other conservative forces that have emerged from the magnificent Golden State.
Even the Democrats don't give a damn what's happening here.
