I wonder why our elected officials on their own time, with their own money, manage their family affairs a certain way...the responsible way; and then go to their office where they should behave exactly the same way, but instead spend our collective monies in the most irresponsible ways.
I want them to manage the country...(my money), the same way that they would manage their own funds at home. Otherwise, VOTE THEM OUT!
You know the answer. Nobody spends money as wisely as the end user, the earner/spender. They safeguard what they worked for but they squander what they didn’t
This is simple human nature and everybody does it to some extent.
The answer is to make sure that the fewest possible people are spending other people’s money. The less money is confiscated, the wiser it will be spent by the original earner.
