No, my point is that it is NOT just local but goes to our basic freedoms as a citizenry. It is basic and thus very important. The founders of this country understood that perfectly.
It was in violation of the law and the Sheriff was stupid for enforcing it. We have kids in out little town that put up a lemonade stand and they aren’t bothered, it’s a matter of overlooking things or just common sense.
