One simple bill that I would send to Obama and Reid’s desks ASAP if I were Speaker of the House:
- Drop SS combined tax rate from 10.4% to 8% (4% for employee, 4% for employer)
- Change maximum taxable earnings limit to unlimited
- Limit use of increased revenue by above changes to pay outs due to the retired. Any extra does not go into bonds, but goes into an actual TRUST FUND.
