According to Vincent Vernuccio in the Washington Times, its over 70 pages and details how "outside pressure can involve jeopardizing relationships between the employer and lenders, investors, stockholders, customers, clients, patients, tenants, politicians, or others on whom the employer depends for funds."
"It" is a new intimidation manual uncovered during a lawsuit against the SEIU*, one of the nations largest unions. In it, Vernuccio says, the SEIUs dirty tactics are explained, including bullying employers by targeting them economically and advocating for breaking the law.

Anybody know where to download the manual?(All 70 pages)
This could prove useful in the future.
SEIU Intimidation Manual Exposed!
This was written by by F. Vincent Vernuccio, so it has to be it.
So we SEIU bashers have been right all along. We’re not “wingnuts” after all!
Well, I’ve encountered SEIU in my real (offscreen) life, so I’ve known that I was right about them for a long time. They do NOT help their most vulnerable members, and they intimidate or brutalize those they see as their enemies!!!!
I'm not a lawyer but just looking at this there seems to be no question that there are not only civil lawsuits coming there is what appear to be clear criminal activity. This is organized crime kind of stuff.

I was union once and know the tactics.

I’m pretty sure the teamsters are using a similar manual at the BMW distribution center in Ontario, Calif.
Startling statistic (at least to me) from the Wash TImes article:
Organized labor is losing members at a rapid rate. In the private sector, union membership stands at less than 7 percent. In attempting to hang onto its money and power, Big Labor has produced some documents that make for interesting reading and, as we may find out at a July 22 hearing in the Sodexo case, for legal fireworks as well.

What do you mean by pacer?
It would be great if you had a link to it.
Or a copy of it that you could ‘leak’ to the internet. :-)
I have lived in both a heavy union state (MI) and a right to work state (AL). The difference is like night and day.
The unions do have some influence here in AL, but not as much as in MI. Just this past weekend, a friend was discussing an encounter with a union rep during the course of his work as a plant manager. The rep actually had a copy of the book Rules for Radicals at the meeting. Our friend asked him if he really used the book. The union rep responded by saying it was used to instruct him on disruption tactics.
My husband then informed our friend about the book’s dedication and purpose, and it soon became apparent on how our friend wished he would have had that info prior to the meeting.
On another note, just like you, my uncle is former union and the stories he tells are incredible. Looking back on my childhood, I see in retrospect the union mentality in other members of my family. The Roosevelt and Kennedy love, the union perks, etc. My very own Italian immigrant grandfather was a union “thug”. When you are raised in that environment, you know nothing else. That is your worldview. I see why MI has always been a blue state. It seems that is changing now.
I hope and pray that more are awakened to the web of deception.
So does this qualify as RICO?
Actually Michigan hasn’t always been a blue state. Its been a GOP state far more than its been in democrat hands. Jackson Michigan is one of at least 3 places named as the birthplace of the GOP. In fact the GOP wave in the last election was greater here than anywhere else in the nation.
Last november we elected a republican governor by more than 60%, a GOP attorney general and secretary of state, solidified our hold on the state house and took control of the state senate. We held one conservative seat on the supreme court and elected another conservative supreme court judge. We also picked up two US house seats giving us a GOP majority from Michigan. We didn’t have a senate race.
I do look forward to Michigan getting rid of Levin. I think he is done in his next election.
Even though MI has a GOP past, I would not call it conservatism. The unions had a great deal of power in the elections. And they still will be at work to undermine conservatives.
From those I talk with, it looks like Grandholm (sp?) took the blinders off many up there. I think the people of MI are becoming more politically conservative and expecting such from the elected officials.
A good site for Michigan news.

Since the last election we’ve already eliminated one 20,000 member union and are now going after a similar union (home health care workers)
Probably.
But not while we live under Obamunism.

The Tax-exempt Clinton Foundation donated $250,000 to ACORN.

The tax-exempt Clinton Foundation had just donated $250,000 to ACORN.
The tax-exempt Clinton Foundation supposedly provided $275,000 in grants for ACORNSS "Katrina Benefits Access project" and ACORN'S "Operation Hope Project; Restore Hope."
The tax-exempt Clinton Foundation also helped secure "private sector" commitments for ACORN.

Senate Finance Committee Study ACORN comprises a mind-boggling 94 different affiliates, that amounts to "a big shell game," a biting Senate Finance Committee study shows. The study, by the staff of Iowa Republican Charles Grassley, reveals four ACORN charity groups give more than half their revenue to taxable entities that engage in "impermissible lobbying and political activity."
ACORN and its subsidiaries for decades have moved taxpayer money into their own pockets and into the left-wing Marxist machine.
Sen Charles Grassley's documents show leaders of ACORN community groups transferred several million dollars in charitable and government money-----meant for the poor---- to parts of the group that have political (and sometimes profit-making) missions.
Sen Grassley's documents indicate that ACORN's tax-exempt groups----along with its tangled web of allied organizations---- used more than half their charitable and public money in 2006 to pay other ACORN affiliates.

REFERENCE The IRS has pinpointed tax-exempt "foundations and charities" as the locus classicus for tax evasion and money laundering. The BIGGEST tax-exempt fraud --- a tax-exempt foundation writing checks to a tax-exempt charity (the way crooks look "altruistic" as they siphon off tax-free money for personal/political uses).
Name one Republican politician in D C that will bring this info out(other than Issa)
