In the early weeks of her presidential run, Michele Bachmann has avoided getting bogged down in the divisive, distracting terrain of social policy.
Gay rights groups say they plan to change that.
Even as Bachmanns tightly-disciplined campaign pivots sharply away from her roots as a social conservative warrior to embrace her newer image as a Tea Party fiscal crusader, gay leaders are looking to drag her back into the fray.
Energized by victory in New York last month, they say Bachmanns campaign will be both the focus of their attention and a useful rallying cry as the presidential campaign hits its stride during the crucial summer of 2011.
The reason: The third-term Minnesota congresswoman and her husband, therapist Marcus Bachmann, have a history of battling gay rights groups in Minnesota long before she stepped onto the national stage.

As far as the issue is concerned, Michele has nothing to be ashamed of. I hope she doesn't back down from her position in order to be PC. If she actually has the chutzpah to hold fast to her position, she'll be winning more votes than her mealy-mouthed competition.
No matter what the LSM says about it.
Good point for Bachman
She faced the same sort of thing during her last congressional campaign.
She’s one of the two most hated women in America and should wear that badge with pride.
Gay rights folks better watch out. they will be outed more than they wish for their personal lifestyle choices. After the recent selling of votes by GAYS in NY it is clear they are anti-american in their approach to all things in the public square. America still, by large margins, does NOT want or embrace False (gay) marriage in any way. They paid off Cuomo with 50,000 and Bloomberg paid off the 4 turncoat senators with 10,000 each. It’s sick, they will pay for this.
She has nothing to defend. Let THEM screech and just keep to the message. DO NOI stop and allow this to dominate. Otherwise, all she will be doing is defending and going nowhere.
The left, when ignored, has a tendency towards overkill. They lose. WE win.
DO NOT
Shun queers......they give you AIDS
We’re being challenged, folks. A handful of loudmouthed homos are telling conservatives that they and their elitist friends in the arts and media can force out a candidate who stands for strong biblical principles.
It’s up to us to decide if that happens.
Michelle Bachmann should proudly proclaim that homosexuality is an abomination in the eyes of God and that she will stand by her principles.
Fixed it...
Reasonable, mainstream people don't constantly tell me about their bedroom habits. Stop this insidious form of sexual harassment. Mainstream people get fired for this type of behavior.
Over and out.
Go for it, fags.
No! They wouldn’t, would they? So, she’s lost NARAL and the gays..... horror of horrors! Won’t somebody think of the children!!!????
We’ll be seeing a lot of this from gay organizations like “second city” 50K youtubes in the last 5 days.

Just ignore them. Narcissists can’t stand that.
If only the public knew what the male fecal-eaters do in private and wish to advance to the public square.
She should just ignore them.

A woman who lives three doors down from “the Butcher of Brooklyn” said yesterday that the madman had tried to kidnap her young son right off their block, but that she scared him away with her screams.
“The story is true. We’re going through a lot of trauma here,” Zisa Berkowitz told The Post from her East Second Street home, steps from where Levi Aron admittedly suffocated 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky with a bath towel in Aron’s Kensington attic apartment.
NYPD detectives spoke to the mom on Wednesday, just hours after Aron was arrested for Kletzky’s murder and dismemberment.
The alleged kidnap attempt occurred within the past two years, sources said, and is further evidence of Aron’s longtime freakish fascination with young boys.

He was just a little boy — but died fighting like a man.
Brave 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky spent his final moments of life in a fierce battle with kidnapper Levi Aron, desperately clawing at the coward suffocating him with a towel, authorities said yesterday.
“There are some scratches on Aron’s arms and wrists,” said Police Commissioner Ray Kelly. “Based on the marks on the defendant . . . There was some struggle. There are marks on his body.”
But the killer kept pressing on the towel until Leiby gave in.
“He fought back a little bit until eventually he stopped breathing,” Aron, 35, allegedly confessed. “Afterwards, I panicked, because I didn’t know what to do with the body.”
Cops said the maniac used three knives and a cutting board to dismember the child in the cramped attic apartment in Brooklyn’s Kensington section.

“There’s absolutely nothing more innocent than an 8-year-old child. And to be killed in this manner is so disturbing,” Kelly said.
Even hardened criminals agreed with the commissioner, screaming, “You f—king killer!” in Brooklyn Criminal Court before Aron pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and kidnapping charges.
