Oh — let me repeat (this is so rich I have to do it):
I said “the Palin Movie is a ‘Cult of Personality’ movie.”
You and your ilk said “HOW DARE YOU CALL US CULTISTS!!”
This:
a) is an insult against Gov. Palin
b) insults everyone who supports Gov. Palin]
If that is your position, I need say no more.
I need say nothing. The vapidity of your position speaks for itself.
And it does not eliminate the requirement that you provide a post where I directly spoke against Gov. Palin nor any specific poster.
You are just a liar, along with your little Palin reverse PDS buddies who hate being bested.
But it is what I expect for adolescents. Your Mommy must be a liberal, letting kids like you stay up so late on a school night.
A ‘cult of personality’ movie is a movie that by necessity requires a ‘cult’ of personality’ as an audience to view it, otherwise the very definition is meaningless and you are just speaking meaningless words (not out of character for you at all).
The very term ‘cult of personality’ implies that members thereof are not free-thinking individuals. AKA a “Cult”.
A ‘cult of personality’ cannot be a cult without members. That would, in your context, be us.
A ‘cult of personality’ cannot be a cult without a leader that the cultists are led by. In your context, this is Sarah Palin, who the movie is about.
“Implying” or directly calling people a ‘cultist’ is not a term of endearment.
Since JR himself has called FR “Palin Country” in those very words and more than 80% of the site as polled is supportive of SP, does it not therefore follow, using the ‘cult of personality’ description you applied to the Undefeated movie that Free Republic is also a ‘cult of personality’?
I have to wonder why you post on a site which you have such low regard for your fellow posters. I eagerly await your diversion from this question since you cannot fault the logic.
