Bin Laden’s attacks weren’t crimes against humanity. Good riddance to bad rubbish, and may these “lawyers” go with him.

OK. OK. OK. World Court. You got us. We will let you have this one but this is the only time we will ever let you have one of our President's so do your worse but just remember, you asked for his arrogant, pontificating A$$, so you gotta deal with him now. From now on, if you ask for someone, it ain't happening. (Wishful thinking)

These Spanish lawyers and judges are beginning to annoy me. Their government contributes nothing to the war for the West. And yet they have the arrogance to claim universal jurisdiction.

Here’s an idea.

Congress should pass a law that any lawyer, prosecutor, or judge, or anyone in fact, who files suit, or criminal charges against any United States official in a foreign or international court for carrying out is duties as defined by United States law,is charged in federal court with “obstruction of United States officials in the performance of their duties” and sent to jail for 5-10 years.

Warrants will be issued so that these people can never come to the United States, and efforts by both law enforcement and the military will be authorized to extradite, or otherwise remove these people to the USA for trial. If they suffered for their foolishness, it would cease soon enough.

And I would include state officials, too; otherwise Texas governor’s might be on the hot spot in the future.

To appease our enemies, what will be Obama’s next concession of our sovereignty? The 2nd Amendment?

Order? What order? The only order he gave was to some underling to get a tee time for him.

That’s a positively idiotic statement. If they can do that to Obama, they could do it to any American president. Their premise is screwy.

Well, too bad, so sad. We aren’t subject to the jurisdiction of the ICC. If Obama wants to answer the charges when he’s out of office, so be it. Unless and until then, the ICC can try him in abstentia and then go pound sand.

Yeah, and he would have gotten away with it too if it wasn’t for those meddling Spanish lawyers.

Could keep him from visiting Spain and if the international court (whatever it is called) agrees, it would keep him out of Europe, altogether. ;)

Looks like this Spanish ambulance chaser is upset he didn’t have the chance to represent bin Laden! Anyhow, bin Laden WAS, “pursued, arrested, tried and convicted.” It just happened very quickly, rather than taking 20 years and affording shysters like this guy several million taxpayer dollars!!!!

Sounds like a mis direction distraction. The media will cover this like it was the third coming of Christ.
The media will be sounding the “lets rally around the President” theme all week.

It wouldn't surprise me:

"There was...ahhh...a 'standing order,' given by the Bush Administration to its clandestine operatives to...errr...remove bin Laden, from the leadership of Al Quida, whenever theeee...opportunity...presented itself. My own role in the affair waaass...tooo...acknowledge that 'action' was beeeing...taken...to...aaaah...that end."

Barack OTrauma sucks.

But for a few minutes on that one day, Barack OTrauma didn't suck as much.

I defend Barack, on this one.

Sorry about that; but a disaster calls for strong measures. We could resist the arrest of any subsequent office holder.

I’m still in admiration of Obama for giving the order...

I understand someone else gave the order and it was to late for Sodom Hussein Obama to cancel it..

...musta been difficult to order the killing of one of your own....

When one of your relatives hides the birth certificate, that is serious business...

LOL!

Obama is an Indonesian, thereby a sophisticated islamist and not some sheet wrapped camel hummer.
