So, Obama caved. He allowed for a Plan B. Start passing Plan B in the House. Direct the Treasury to pay debt, military, ss, medicare recipients, NIH, etc., first. Then give percentage targets for the other departments. If the GOP did this, there is no way on earth the O will veto it.

I don't think it would be a plan B from the House, I think it would be an attempt to exclude the Congress through Executive orders.
IMO the Congress better be prepared to go to the Supremes after what I think will come.

You are engaged in wishful thinking.
The “plan B” that Durbin wants is the McConnell cave, that gives the power to the president to dictate the spending cuts.
Any other Plan B would be better, but would not be what the Democrats want. So they will dismiss those as bad ideas.
