The only LED's that produce infrared emissions are those specifically tailored to do so, and they emit ONLY a specific spectral band in the infrared. And all "non-infrared" LED's produce virtually ZERO infrared, emitting only a narrow band around their specific designed-in output wavelength.

You may think what you like but for whatever reasons they work. Try it sometime when you have an ache or pain or other health problem. You will be amazed and possibly much better for it.
