During the 2008 presidential campaign, Barack Obama often discussed his mother's struggle with cancer. Ann Dunham spent the months before her death in 1995, Obama said, fighting with insurance companies that sought to deny her the coverage she needed to pay for treatment.
"I remember in the last month of her life, she wasn't thinking about how to get well, she wasn't thinking about coming to terms with her own mortality, she was thinking about whether or not insurance was going to cover the medical bills and whether our family would be bankrupt as a consequence," Obama said in September 2007.
"She was in her hospital room looking at insurance forms because the insurance company said that maybe she had a pre-existing condition and maybe they wouldn't have to reimburse her for her medical bills," Obama added in January 2008.
"The insurance companies were saying, 'Maybe there's a pre-existing condition and we don't have to pay your medical bills,' " Obama said in a debate with Republican opponent Sen. John McCain in October 2008.

Wow, what a story. So let me see, his mom had health insurance and was covered for her treatment in Hawaii except for a couple of hundred dollars a month because of deductibles and other uncovered expenses. The boss even covered for the airfare to have her return to HI.
So then she tries to get that money plus living expenses in Hawaii paid through the company’s disabilitiy insurance. They denied her THAT PORTION saying the condition was pre-existing before she was covered by the disability insurance policy. So she must have signed up for disability insurance after being diagnosed with cancer.
Couldn’t obama have helped his mom out with the deductible? Wasn’t she living with her mom? (that would help with living expenses)

In California, if a parent dies with no assets, even if the children never knew him, they will make the children pay for his/her burial. No kidding. It’s the law.
I wonder if while at Columbia he took classes from Cloward or Piven. Maybe that’s why he doesn’t release his Columbia info.

Probably so but it is his liberalism that takes care of him more than his race. Bill Clinton lied even more and about worse things and got smooth away with them even to this day.

If you listen to what Barack Hussien Obama said, he actually thinks there are 60 states. He said he has visited 57, 2 left to go and 1 his campaign management wouldn't let him go to. That makes 60 states.
