Anyone know of recent developments on this dust up?
The last I heard a Judicial Commission was investigating and that Prosser’s supporters claim no one was choked and that Bradley essentially admitted that by saying something like “Well, you would have,” when questioned about it.
If that’s the case, Bradley could have much more to be concerned about than Prosser, as might even Chief Justice Abrahamson if she put Bradley up to it.
I wonder if this will get some play as the recall elections approach? My money is on Prosser coming out of this completely exonerated with Bradley’s future possibly in the hands of some of her political opponents. Could get interesting.
