...now if the voters could figure out which party is more favorable to a free market we’ll be making even more progress.

Here’s hoping they’ll hold on to that attitude through the 2012 elections.

I suspect that many of those 72% are lying while depending on federal funding to local government for their incomes. The politicians that they control tend to lie, too.

How can we get rid of 28% of our population?

If the 72% voted with their professed belief, then next year Obama should be going down with 28% of the vote.

Did they ask them what a Free Market Economy is?

I'll bet half of them thought it meant you used your Food Stamp Debit Card to get free stuff at the Market.

Those 72% also favor a free lunch, after all it's free, right?

One would think that Obama’s reelection prospects would be zero in the face of such a number.

Sarah = 72% of American Vote

Obama = 20%, the communist vote

Various Greens, Pinkos, Socialists, (other than Obama), Che, Danny, and other write-ins = 8%

That election was easy. Next. . .

Hmm. 28% is probably very close to the actual number of Americans who being supported by the government.

I wonder how the survey numbers would change if instead of “a government managed economy” they used the correct term fascism.

Given the economies with lots of government intervention ends up being a disaster (China under Mao Zedeng ended up being an economic dead end--very literally!), I still prefer a market-driven economy.

And now, Europe--where most of the countries in the Eurozone have a lot of control by government, especially the European Union from its headquarters in Brussels--is also headed for a major economic meltdown because it appears that Portugal, Italy and Greece are headed towards debt default, and that could cause Ireland and Spain to default, which will result in a horrible collapse with worldwide implications.

72% Favor Free Market Economy Over One Managed Mangled by the Government

Fixed that typo for the Rasmussen folks...
