Did I stutter? Just making a point. Would you make any move to make an announcement that you are seeking a public office if you could be thrust back into court to defend yourself against the bogus ethics charges? She in no way needs that crap going on if she jumps in the race. By remaining as a private citizen until that date, they have no recourse after that. She has effectively taken another one of their arrows away from them.

Are you saying she is shielded from that possibility by being a "private citizen"? If so, kindly direct the uninitiated to this wonderful statute or rule.
