What they did is expand her chin , her chin in the newsweak photo looks all fat and chubby like an old hag,its not even on straight

Note the angle of the shot...it's not looking down on her, like often is the case. Note also the lighting on her chin. It's a photo of her that with less direct manipulation than you might think. By lens and viewpoint selection, they have flattened and broadened some angles, but it's not like they 'shopped it to pieces.
