I believe there would be too many Establishment Republicans as delegates at the convention that she would have a hard time swaying enough to her side.

This is the beauty of Sarah running! There is no support from the Establishment Republicans PERIOD. This is the very point which makes Sarah a candidate of the people.

Probably, but it’ll backfire.

Both of which will backfire.

Its an old picture from after the campaign, when she was in poor health. She has put some weight back on and is very healthy again.

I want a bumper sticker that’s a picture of a barracuda with “2012” inside it (or just underneath it).

And as to those commenting on the photo, I’m of the opinion that even the worst picture of Palin is still beautiful. She has an inner beauty and an outer beauty and the love and support of a beautiful family and an undeniable patriotism and love for this nation. Combined with her toughness and resilience, that’s a formula for victory and success in 2013 and beyond.

Would definitely agree with you: Palin runs = Conservative base voting in record numbers.

Since 2008 I have spoken to an enormous number of people who voted Republican in the election. 99% of them stated they voted for Sarah just as I did.

With the economy this bad I can't see Obama winning. With the exception of FDR no president has been re-elected with an unemployment rate this high. Besides, what the heck will he run on?

The “ Yes you can alleviate your collective racist guilt - vote Obama! “ nonsense isn't going to work this time.

While the electorate can be effectively fooled they are not stupid. The results of an unqualified candidate winning the presidential election are now as clear as day.

SUch vitriol @ Facebook. Want to see heads explode? Have Sarah take the oath in 2013.

We have nothing to fear. Liberals only account for about 20% of the population, and the hard core left is about 2%. They make a lot of noise, but it's just that - noise.

WE SURROUND THEM.

Palin 2012

Has anyone come in late?

No, but a whole lot of folks have jumped in early.

I think Sarah will jump in sometime after July 26th, and before Labor Day. Gotta let the demolition derby play out before the Main Event.

You can clog the site with as many words as you like but the only ones that matter are those that prove what you want folks to believe, that the Alaska AG will not enforce the law.

Any state AG can bring erroneous criminal charges against any of our potential candidates. What's your point?

RE: Shopping and subtle propaganda

Every pic in a print publication is shopped to some degree, but the basic photo itself can be greatly affected by the lens used by the photog to begin with.

That said, I think it’s a safe bet that the graphic artist was under orders to make her look ‘less appealing’ so he set about doing a lot of subtle little things... But so what? Shallow crap like that is what the left cares about. The left wants their heroes ready for a spread in Playboy or a walk down the red carpet.

SP is a woman in her mid-40s and IMO she has aged spectacularly well. Again, so what? There’s not one of us here that would ‘not’ vote for her based on looks. We love her for her mind ;)

Let SnoozeWeak have their little jabs. All it does is make us all the more determined to see President Palin elected.

No she can’t. She’s trailing in every poll head to head with Obama and it’s not even close.

Post #25 is very good and explains a lot of Sarah's style. As to the media, they can "talk to the hand". Their continuous hit-job on this woman was/is a BIG mistake.

They should have recognized that she, of all people, say, on a team, will be the last to go down in defeat- not if she can help it.

Her 'mama grizzly' attitude is to be expected from one raised in the Last Frontier where bears-no-longer-found-in-the-lower-48 thrive and will defend their territory, as will moose and others (wolverine, anyone?). Learning about Alaska and it's inhabitants teaches one about survival, strength, and attitude- abundant in all the animals mentioned above.

How any of this translates into candidacy for President may be difficult to explain, but I'll try. Yet, it speaks volumes toward the lack of qualification apparent in our current Community Organizer in Chief- loafing through Law School (in loafers, no doubt) which cannot compare to living in the wild where Grizzlies and Moose roam freely. These 'beasts' exercise their 'natural rights' daily to the benefit of themselves and their offspring. As Nature intended, but what, did Nature intend for us, you rightfully ask?

The typical U.S. citizen of late does not enjoy natural rights- only those good for the 'collective' and that is where the rubber no-longer meets the road. Our government is so big and intrusive that our 'natural rights' have become museum pieces- something we long for but will never realize again. Redacting the Commerce Clause may be our only hope, but I digress.

We live in cages built by legislatures, courts, and bureaucrats which, it should come as no surprise, many will accept, as they accept the hand-outs thrown in by our keepers at timed intervals to prevent starvation. This is not America by any means. And, I'll not 'get used to it'.

Lucky for us Sarah grew up in Alaska where the natural existence of many competing entities exists on a large scale (bigger and badder than Texas, I might add). Otherwise, she might be as shallow in perception as the Chicago Hustler with a hard-on for unions who fails to see the 'competing' forces at work in a society poised to rip them to shreds in order to survive- (enter mama and daddy grizzly stage left).

Sarah brings something unique to the political landscape that others do not. She's familiar with natural rights and their relationship to events that ultimately determine 'happiness'- be it bears, wolves, moose, or humans.

It'll take a lot of work putting the train back on the track but it can be done. Of all those seeking the nomination in 2012, Sarah is the only one connected to these rights that we-the-people are supposedly endowed and, has all the fight necessary to 'bring it' to those who, for decades, have gone unchallenged.

Should we fail this next election, we'll have to abandon the monikers American and America. Because we'll no longer be. Perhaps we could lend it to Chile or some other entity that has demonstrated an adherence to rights that we've discarded. Be afraid, be very afraid. Someone is raising a billion dollars to bury us. And that 'someone' is in constant campaign mode and will spend it 'wisely'.

If we go with someone other-than-Sarah my hope of defending America goes with it. I'll cope as I always have over the years, but will make purchases necessary to make defending my territory a priority. I can go grizzly. I really can.
